Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before departure: full refund, minus non-recoverable costs such as flights and hotel bookings. 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund. Within 72 hours of departure: no refund or credit. If Mesob Ethiopia Tours cancels due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, the customer may choose a full refund or reschedule. Non-refundable costs such as airfare, accommodation, permits and third-party services cannot be refunded once booked.
