Our website and services are intended to provide information, tour bookings, transportation arrangements, flight reservations, and travel-related services throughout Ethiopia.

- Not make fraudulent bookings or payments.
Mesob Ethiopia Tours reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings that violate these terms.
3. Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment and after written confirmation from Mesob Ethiopia Tours.

- Wise
- Bank Transfer
- Cash Payments
- Ethiopian Birr (ETB)
Payment Schedule
Clients must make payments according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
Transaction Fees
Certain payment methods may incur processing or transaction fees.
- Credit/Debit Card payments may be subject to applicable processing charges.
- Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Invoices and Receipts
Invoices and receipts are available upon request. Customers should request them before the tour begins.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Standard Cancellation Policy
15 or More Days Before Travel
- Full refund or travel credit, excluding non-refundable expenses such as airfare, permits, reservations, administrative costs, and transaction fees.
7–14 Days Before Travel
- 50% refund or travel credit.
Less Than 7 Days Before Travel
- No refund. Partial travel credit may be offered at our discretion.
Within 72 Hours of Departure
- No refunds or credits.
- Airfare, transportation, guides, permits, accommodations, and other prepaid services are non-refundable.
Unexpected Events Eligible for Full Refund
A full refund may be granted when travel becomes impossible due to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.)
- Terrorist attacks
- Political unrest affecting traveler safety
- War or civil conflict
- Government travel bans
- Government-imposed quarantines
- Major strikes disrupting travel operations
- Unexpected local infectious disease outbreaks (excluding COVID-19 unless otherwise required by law)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Illness or injury of a traveler
- Missed flights or transportation connections
- Personal schedule changes
- Seasonal weather conditions
- Incorrect booking information provided by the traveler
- Failure to obtain required travel documents or visas
Route Changes and Itinerary Adjustments
Mesob Ethiopia Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Road closures
- Security concerns
- Political situations
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Operational necessities
Where possible, suitable alternatives will be offered. If no reasonable alternative can be arranged, a partial refund for the affected service may be considered.

5. User Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content to Mesob Ethiopia Tours:

- Natural disasters
- Political events
- Government actions
- Personal injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control
- Travel disruptions caused by force majeure events
Travelers participate in tours at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ethiopian courts.
