Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. More than 30 days before departure: full refund, less any non-refundable airline, accommodation, permit, booking or supplier charges. 15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge. Less than 15 days before departure: no refund. No-show, late arrival, early departure or unused services: no refund. Certain domestic flights, accommodation, permits, entrance fees and other prepaid services may be non-refundable once confirmed. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, travel interruption and baggage.
